    Roasted soybeans

    And now for some fun stuff! Here is my favorite snack in the world!

    Basically I love those yummy unhealthy snacks like peanuts and popcorn – but if I eat it as much as I won’t it would probably be reeaaaallly bad for me. That is why I decided to start making my own homemade healthier snack-noms – roasted soybeans.

    Ooooh today I will present you with some healthy Indian yumminess!

    Indian potato and lentils curry

    It’s really nice with meat, especially with a good spicy steak, otherwise you could serve it with naan bread or eat it together with rice. Personally I prefer this as a sidedish.

    Did I forget to mention that this is pretty healthy?
    Lentils are selected by Health magazine as one of five healthies foods because thry contain high levels of proteins, iron and amino acids. They also contain dietary fiber, vitamin B and other minerals.

    It’s pretty fast to cook, and its very simple. Just make sure there is enough spices and that you don’t have too much potatoes comparing to lentils.
